How do I receive my role after purchasing?
After completing your purchase through Stripe, you'll receive an email with instructions. Your role will be applied automatically within a few minutes via our Discord bot. Make sure you're in our server!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through Stripe — our secure payment processor.
Can I upgrade my role later?
Absolutely! You can purchase a higher tier at any time. Your previous role perks will carry over automatically.
What if my role isn't working?
First, try leaving and rejoining the server. If the issue persists, open a support ticket in our Discord with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out right away.
Do roles expire?
Nope! All roles on RoleUnlock are one-time purchases — once you buy it, it's yours forever.
